AI editing tips
AI is good, not perfect. Always compare the final image with your original before you use it in a listing.
A logo looks incorrect
- Use the Compare slider and zoom in on the logo.
- Generate another version, or switch to Natural, which keeps your exact pixels.
- Retake the photo with the logo flat, sharp and well lit.
- If it keeps happening, report it. Never list an item with a logo that doesn't match the real one.
The garment looks different from the original
- Zuno warns you when colours or detail seem to have shifted, but it can't catch everything.
- Try Natural for maximum accuracy, or Clean instead of Studio for a lighter touch.
- Use the “Original” version to show the unedited photo alongside the edited one in your listing.
The background doesn't look natural
- Solid studio backgrounds give the most consistent result.
- Carpet, bedding, wood and editorial scenes look most natural with Clean or Studio, where the AI places the garment with real contact shadows.
- With Natural, textured backgrounds are composites. They are clearly labelled in the editor.
The AI fails to process the image
- Make sure the whole garment is visible and nothing else large is in the photo.
- Check your connection and try again; the AI service can also be busy for a moment.
- Very small, dark or blurry photos are harder to process. Retake in better light.
Important details are hard to see
- Unfold the garment so pockets, zips and labels are visible before taking the photo.
- Move closer so the garment fills most of the frame, while keeping all edges inside the photo.
- Add close-up photos of details to your listing as well.
